Dear Homeowner:

Last year we were looking at the upcoming season with great uncertainty, when all was said and done, most everyone had a successful year.

We are now anticipating an even better 2010 season. We would like you to know that our commission rate will remain at 15%, and based on current feedback from our homeowners rental rates seem to be remaining the same as well.

Attached you will find three documents (sent as two attachments):

• 2010 Rental Property Info Sheets (3 pages). Please review carefully and make appropriate updates/changes.
  
  
• 2010 Calendar. Important that rates & availability be returned as quickly as possible. Many homeowners lowered rates for 2009, and those rates are what potential tenants are currently viewing on our web site.
  
  
• Lead Paint Form. Properties built prior to 1978, must have the Short-Term Vacation or Rental Exemption Notification Form (Lead Paint form) completed. Please complete ALL lines marked by an X.
  

We recommend purchasing "Head Start Ferry Tickets" for your tenants. Our experience has shown that when a tenant has the choice between comparable homes, the property that offers the convenience of reserved ferry tickets will be chosen.
