Please Review and Update Your Rental Property Information
 With a strong 2008 rental season behind us, it is time to get ready for next year. With the economy experiencing challenging times, less people are committing to buying vacation homes and as a result, more people are renting. Rental bookings typically occur early and this year is proving to be no different. In order to maximize your rentals for next season, we need to hear from you NOW with next season's rates and availability. Attached you will find 3 documents you will need to print, complete and return to us as soon as possible. These forms include: 2009 Rental Calendar, Lead Paint Form (applicable only to homes built prior to 1978), and your 2009 Rental Property Information Sheet (3 pages). - Rental Calendar- Get an early start by updating your rates & availability on the 2009 calendar in order to lock in early bookings.
- Lead Paint Form- If your home was built prior to 1978, you must complete the attached Short-Term Vacation or Rental Exemption Notification Form (Lead Paint Form). Please complete ALL LINES marked by an X.
- Rental Property Information Sheet (3 pages)- Please carefully review your attached form and be as complete and up-to-date as possible. Please pay special attention to the bathroom and fireplace lines as we have made modifictions to these for improved clarity. Include any changes and/or home improvements made within the past year.
- Photos - Quality photos help us book your rental! If you have newer or additional exterior or interior photos of your home, please email them to annb@mvlandmarks.com.

Also in preparation for the 2009 season, we recommend purchasing "Head Start Ferry Tickets" for your renters. As an added benefit, the convenience of not having to book a ferry reservation may be the deciding factor in choosing a rental.
