Rentals Are Still Available
 Spring has hit the Island in full force, with flowers popping, trees budding, and shops and restaurants opening. Memorial Day is just around the corner, and with it comes all the fun of a Vineyard summer. If you haven’t booked your summer rental yet, don’t panic—the good news is it's not too late! It's true that many rentals are booked for a good portion of the summer, but this year we've seen more new rental homes coming onto the market than usual, leaving a fair number of high-quality rentals still available. And with key Steamship Authority deadlines approaching on May 15th, you can lock in your summer house AND YOUR FERRY TICKETS TOO if you act soon. - May 15th is the last day for converting pre-booked ferry tickets which are often sold with rentals. If these tickets are not transferred by May 15th, they are released to those on the Steamship wait list. What does this mean to you?
If you need a house with ferry tickets, call or email us NOW and book by May 15th. After that, any unused tickets will be gone.
- If you need ferry tickets, hang on, the openings will begin to happen on May 16th, and will run through the end of the month. Make sure you are on the Steamship Authority wait list for your desired dates—the sooner you get on the wait list the better. Go to http://www.steamshipauthority.com/ for more information.
