Now that the holiday season is over, it's time to look ahead to 2012. We need to hear from you regarding your rates and availability.

If you've already sent in your updated forms, please disregard this email message and thank you very much for your timely response!

January/February is THE ABSOLUTELY PEAK for booking rentals, and we are busy! It is imperative that we know right away if you will be renting your home next summer through Coldwell Banker Landmarks.

Please let us know NO LATER THAN JANUARY 15, 2012 (or sooner) if you will be renting next summer and what your availability and rates will be.

If you need us to re-send your homeowner rental packet, we will be more than happy to do so, simply email annb@mvlandmarks.com from our rental team.

Again, we need to hear from you no later than January 15th if you wish to have us actively market your rental home during the peak season. We look forward to working with you and making 2012 a successful year!
