Default Month
When displaying availability calendars, what month do we display by default? As long as the month named below is in the future, we will display that month and the month following. Once we catch up with the named month, we will display the current month and next month instead.
Initialize Pricing and Availability
Once a year, in the fall, we clear the availability and pricing for all rental properties for the next year, and then set reasonable starting values. For availability, we mark all properties as booked from January through April, available May through October, and booked again November through December. For pricing, we copy this year's prices week-by-week to next year. Note that the pricing may be off even if the rates aren't being changed, for example depending on what day of the week the year starts, July 4th can fall on the 26th or 27th week of the year.
