Your careful attention to every detail of the rental of our Hatch Road house has been deeply appreciated.

We’ve been in and out, back and forth, have even had one rental in between and we love the island and the house more each time!

The neighborhood is truly that—the kids out biking, playing ball, exploring with the local gang morning noon and night. We’ve gone fishing, berry picking, shopped, bought, clamed, shopped and bought some more!

The house is truly a gem and we love it. Thanks again for your invitation and welcoming tour of the island—especially for your housewarming present—and always for your genuine caring, thoughtfulness and enthusiasm.

Dear Judy:

Janice and I want to thank you for all your support in the purchase of Real Estate in Edgartown. Our “Investment Group” often reflect that we were most fortunate the day that Carl, in all his folksy charm, referred us to Landmarks Real Estate.

Thank you for transporting our group to the “closing” and the “post-closing” toast. The “basket of goodies” were simply marvelous! On the return ferry we popped the champagne, sliced the saga cheese and spread the truffle pate like we were epicures from birth, although we can’t fool you with our plebian palates! We tried to keep George out of the Chilmark Chocolates, but to no avail, George would not be denied.

We plan to place the cheese board set in our Edgartown home as a reminder of your kindness and our real estate adventures.

All in all, it was a most exciting day and you made it unforgettable with your support and kindness—not to mention your gourmet delights!
