Carol Shore, Rental Manager, Agent
Raised in Massachusetts, Carol moved to the Vineyard in 1973, and made the Island her home. Lynn Buder, Agent, REALTOR
Karl and Lynn Buder moved to Martha's Vineyard in 1981 when they purchased a local inn that they transformed into the successful, award winning Thorncroft Inn. They have been hands-on innkeepers since then, emphasizing extraordinary customer service. Additionally, since 1979 they have bought, renovated and sold several other Island properties, both commercial and residential. This combination of experiences made their progression to real estate sales a logical one.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Lynn and Karl met in high school and have been married since 1972. They have two sons in college. They both have Master's degrees: Karl's in Public Administration and Lynn's in Business Administration. Both are very active in their Church. Lynn was a member of the Tisbury Zoning Board of Appeals and Karl was a three-term president of the Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce. They have been involved with other town and non-profit boards as well. Karl is a varsity football coach at the Martha's Vineyard Regional High School and he coached youth baseball and football for many years.
The Buders, with their complementary skills, have been a successful team for almost 40 years. They bring to their Landmarks clients these same cooperative, ethical, and problem solving skills as well as their breadth of property management and renovation knowledge. Lynn and Karl are proud to be part of this award winning organization with its "serve first" philosophy.

Judy McConnell, Broker, REALTOR, Senior Residental Specialist.
Judy has more than 20 years of real estate experience, working with both buyers and sellers. She is confident that her association with the Coldwell Banker Landmarks team was the wisest choice she could have made.
"I really do enjoy working with real people, and after all of our wonderful electronic tools, the face to face working with my clients is still the best way to serve my buyers and sellers. When I truly get to know them, their personal wants and needs, then I make it my business to move ahead to a smooth transaction. What could be a better occupation than to serve buyers and sellers here on our beautiful island?"
A resident of Vineyard Haven, Judy's "free time" interests include watercolor painting, flea markets, and visiting with her grand children and their parents!

Diana Lynn, Agent, Realtor, SRS
Diana Lynn was born in Germany, and has lived all over the world, until vacationing on the Vineyard in 1999, where she fell in love with the simplicity, and beauty of the island. Raised in Austin, Texas she studied real-estate, and interior decorating. She moved here 8 years ago to co-parent her 2 daughters in what she refers to as “Pleasant ville 1950,” Martha’s Vineyard. She now likes to call herself a lucky “wash-a-shore”….
Diana is a member of the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce, and has a Decorating business on the island called “Designing Women”. She and her business partner stage homes for-sale and rentals, for real-estate companies, and people who simply need help with their home. They specialize in decorating on a budget. Diana says that she loves the way her real-estate business marries her design business, and all around is a win- win situation.
A year round resident of Vineyard Haven, Diana’s free time includes mothering her teen daughter, horseback riding in the magical woods of Chilmark, bike riding in the beautiful State Forest, walking her dogs on the various hiking trails and beaches on the island, and picking up shells and sea glass.
Diana is also a member of the association of Realtors, locally, state wide, and Nationally.....Although the real estate market has changed over the years, especially with all the new technology, one thing remains the same…..This is a people business! With her 25 years in other aspects of real estate, such as home building, leasing, designing, fractional, buying, selling homes both here and internationally, Diana looks forward to bringing her warm southern flair to her community and her clients.

Shelley Christiansen
Shelley first visited Martha’s Vineyard in 1962 and, in 2004, made the satisfying leap from seasoned summer person to fully rooted resident. She has spent most of her professional career in corporate communications before turning a favorite hobby – snooping into the housing market – into a career in real estate. She knows first-hand the rewards of buying, developing, selling and renting property on-island and off. Shelley offers sellers and buyers an in-depth knowledge of the island, which comes not only from years of personal adventures but also from her people-savvy experience as a hotel concierge in Edgartown, as a contributing writer for Martha’s Vineyard Magazine and as a commentator for the Cape and Islands NPR station. The native New Yorker has lived in Washington, DC; Dallas, Texas; and Stavanger, Norway, and she has traveled much of the world. She jogs, coaxes her garden, reads literary fiction and prowls for antiques, art and sea glass. She serves on the Cottage City (Oak Bluffs) Historic District Commission and volunteers with the Cape & Islands chapter of the American Red Cross.
