Karl & Lynn Buder, Agent, REALTOR

They have been hands-on innkeepers since then, emphasizing extraordinary customer service. Judy McConnell, Broker, REALTOR, Senior Residental Specialist.
Judy has more than 20 years of real estate experience, working with both buyers and sellers. She is confident that her association with the Coldwell Banker Landmarks team was the wisest choice she could have made.
"I really do enjoy working with real people, and after all of our wonderful electronic tools, the face to face working with my clients is still the best way to serve my buyers and sellers. When I truly get to know them, their personal wants and needs, then I make it my business to move ahead to a smooth transaction. What could be a better occupation than to serve buyers and sellers here on our beautiful island?"
A resident of Vineyard Haven, Judy's "free time" interests include watercolor painting, flea markets, and visiting with her grand children and their parents!

Shelley Christiansen
Shelley first visited Martha’s Vineyard in 1962 and, in 2004, made the satisfying leap from seasoned summer person to fully rooted resident. She has spent most of her professional career in corporate communications before turning a favorite hobby – snooping into the housing market – into a career in real estate. She knows first-hand the rewards of buying, developing, selling and renting property on-island and off. Shelley offers sellers and buyers an in-depth knowledge of the island, which comes not only from years of personal adventures but also from her people-savvy experience as a hotel concierge in Edgartown and as a contributing writer for Martha’s Vineyard Magazine. The native New Yorker has lived in Washington, DC; Dallas, Texas; and Stavanger, Norway, and she has traveled much of the world. She jogs, coaxes her garden, reads literary fiction and prowls for antiques, art and sea glass.
